REFUND, REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We at Sunfox Technologies Private Limited ("Sunfox" or "the Company") value your trust and strive to ensure a transparent and fair experience for every customer. This Refund, Cancellation, and Replacement Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing product returns, order cancellations, refunds, and product exchanges. All users ("Customers") are advised to read this policy carefully to understand their rights and responsibilities with respect to purchases made through our official platforms. The policy concerning the returns and refund requests shall be following the clauses as set forth:
Return Policy
Customers may request a return within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Returns shall only be accepted under the following conditions:

A valid and reasonable justification for the return is provided.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and free from physical damage or tampering.
- All components (manuals, warranty cards, accessories) are intact and returned alongside the product.
To initiate a return, the following steps must be followed:

The customer must carefully repack the device in its original condition.
- A video recording of the packaging process must be shared with Sunfox for approval.

- Upon approval, the Company will assign a third-party logistics partner to facilitate doorstep pickup of the product.
Refunds are processed once the returned products are delivered to our warehouse in their original condition. All returned products will be subjected to quality screening. Once it clears the screening process, refund will be initiated:

Refund Timeline:
- If paid via Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): Within 3 to 4 business days of return delivery.

If paid via UPI or online wallet: Within 1 to 2 business days of return delivery.
- If paid via Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): Within 3 to 4 business days of return delivery.
- If paid via UPI or online wallet: Within 1 to 2 business days of return delivery.

Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed only via NEFT/Bank Transfer.
- All refunds will be issued in the currency in which the payment was made. Sunfox shall not be responsible for:
- Any exchange rate difference
- Fees charged by the customer’s bank during the transaction.
- Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment, unless otherwise requested by the customer. .
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed only via NEFT/Bank Transfer.

- All refund-related communication must be made by emailing support@sunfox.in.

The Company will not entertain refund requests via any mode other than the one officially mentioned.

As a User, you do not have the right to cancel your order upon placing the same without a substantial reason.
The Company, at its sole discretion, may cancel any order(s):
- If it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
- If it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use.

In case of unavailability of a service.

For any reason outside the control of the Company, including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties.

If the Company does not want to do business with the User.
The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-compliant Users and reserves the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in the future.

EXCHANGES/REPLACEMENT
We have a two (2) year replacement warranty wherein the customer can replace the device. Exchange is only allowed when the damaged or substandard product has been delivered, or the customer is not satisfied with the product/service.
- Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are permitted only in cases of damage, malfunction, or delivery of a substandard product.

All such requests will be subject to an inspection and screening process by the Sunfox Quality Assurance Team.

A replacement unit will be dispatched only after successful clearance of the screening process.
- Exchange Procedure
- Customers must submit a written exchange request to support@sunfox.in or to the after-sales team.

The team will check and confirm the reason via call or any mode which are suitable to resolve the issue.

Once approved, the defective product must be returned to the Sunfox warehouse.

A replacement will be shipped along with a tracking ID, which will be shared with the customer.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
- Once the product is dispatched, it will be delivered within 2-3 business days of placement of the order. The customer will get regular updates and notifications of the shipment.

Products are delivered by our third-party delivery vendors.

There are no additional delivery charges.

The customer cannot return the product to the delivery boy at the time of delivery. If the customer wants to place an exchange/return, then he has to place a new request with the company, providing a valid reason.
