If you engage in physical activities, it is wonderful. Taking part in exercises like brisk walking and running benefits our cardiovascular and overall health. However, there is one inexplicable thing that happens while performing these activities, i.e. the elevation of our heart rates. During exercises or even normal physical activities like stair climbing, our heart rates seem to race a bit.
